Hammas began the collaboration well and delivered initially, but his working style proved difficult to rely on. He committed to follow-ups that were not honored and rarely communicated his availability or time off in advance, which created recurring uncertainty in our planning. Accountability was a persistent issue: he seldom acknowledged shortcomings directly, and at times redirected responsibility rather than addressing it. Routine changes to the site often took a week or more, which frequently required me to step in myself to keep the project moving ahead of our weekly meetings. He also appeared more focused on publicly associating himself with the project than on the quality of the work. While he did deliver, the output included a significant number of bugs and errors, and he proposed expanding the scope of tasks in ways that reduced his own accountability rather than improving delivery. The handover to the incoming developer left a number of agreed deliverables incomplete, and his departure was handled abruptly. Overall, a disappointing professional experience.
