Senior UI/UX Designer (Figma) – Complex Web & Mobile Platform
Germaine is a truly exceptional UX Designer. From the moment she joined our project, she took on an incredibly complex challenge with clarity, professionalism, and creativity. She dived into nearly 80 pages of documentation to understand the vision and architecture of our platform - and she did so with impressive speed and depth of thought.
Although our design work had only just begun, Germaine quickly won our full confidence with her strategic thinking, refined design sensibilities, and thoughtful attention to detail. She doesn't just design - she thinks deeply first, challenges assumptions where needed, and always aims to do things right from the start. Her communication is clear, her work ethic is outstanding, and her calm presence adds real value to any team.
Unfortunately, due to an unexpected issue affecting our presence on Upwork, we are unable to continue the project here. This decision has nothing to do with Germaine's performance — which has been consistently excellent - but rather is a result of platform policies beyond our control.
We would absolutely work with Germaine again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-tier UX Designer who combines skill, intelligence, and heart in everything she does.
