Misc. wordpress, Divi, page speed optimization and later possibly Woo work
Doesn't want to get on a call with her customers. Didn't understand the problem. Didn't answer my questions. Did not explain well what she did.
She writes "It (SSL) isn’t fully installed, which is why the images are showing as HTTP instead of HTTPS. I’ll fix this."
Since the cert is installed in the host's (Ionos) admin and not on the site and she only had WP admin access, I was naturally curious. So I asked "I wonder how you'll do that?"
I never found out what she did.
Nobody needs a freelancer doing undocumented and – even after explicitly asking! – unexplained work.
ALL MY QUESTIONS:
What kind of contract should I make? – answered to get job
Can you estimate how long this should take, based on your long experience? – answered to get job
What else do you need? IGNORED
Are you available? – answered to get job
When are you planning to be done with this? IGNORED

So I cannot say much about her skills/quality (3 stars), but due to bad communication, we waisted time, did the wrong thing, didn't even look at the real problem closely.
Tip: always schedule a call and get the vibes of you person you entrust with your website etc.
