— Build a custom design system if you don’t have one, starting with Figma.
— Lead your project as the first designer, guiding strategy and execution to meet business goals.
— Assemble and manage a design team as your design director.
— Ensure cohesive, on-brand creative throughout.
— Deliver solutions tailored to achieve business goals: strategically or tactically.
How can we work together?
I like to work in 4 week blocks ('Monthly' – depending on when we start).
Ramp-Up Process:
• Week 1: Backlog creation/refinement and roadmap planning
• Week 2-4: Production, delivery, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
