We're kicking off this project with a quick meeting where you can share why you need a discovery. This helps me understand exactly what you need, so I can give you a clear estimate for our workshop.
Then, I'll create a workshop agenda tailored just for you. We can do the workshop online using tools like Miro or Fig Jam. Before the workshop, I'll send you some questions to make sure we get the most out our time workshopping.
The workshop itself will take about two hours, maybe less if we're all well-rested and working together smoothly. Afterward, I'll take some time to gather everything we worked on and prepare a summary for you.
This means I'll give you a blueprint consisting your values and goals, needs, targeted audience and provide a list of all the features you need to build (MVP).
