I approached this project with a clear vision, and provided well-structured feedback through multiple detailed PDFs, annotated images, and Zoom call. We agreed on the process: finalize the frame first, then add diamonds upon approval. However, the freelancer proceeded without confirmation, using various diamond sizes and submitting incomplete versions that ignored core alignment, proportion, and design requirements. I gave multiple opportunities to correct the issues, offered flexibility. This was not about endless revisions or a redesign—it was about getting the original scope completed correctly, which unfortunately never happened.
