I am a professional architect with 5 years experience in drafting 2d architectural plans using software like AutoCAD and Revit. I have worked on a variety of commercial and residential projects.
If you choose the basic plan, we will make a 2d plan of your building with basic furniture based on any images / sketches you send.
The standard plan gives you access to a 2d plan of your space that will be textures and coloured in photoshop. You will again get access to the source file and the 2d photoshopped plan.
The premium plan gives you access to a realistic rendering of a detailed professional plan that you can use to obtain a permit. It will include 3 level dimensions, grid lines, spot elevations and any other specifications
