CAD Drafter needed to finalize daycare change-of-use plans for DPIE building permit
Ms Decker was responsive during the early stages of the project and completed a significant portion of the drawing package. However, after myself and an independent technical review identified multiple coordination and code-related revisions needed, we were unable to reach agreement on the remaining work. Communication became difficult and tense, and the project ultimately could not be completed together.
I recommend clearly defining the scope of revisions, quality review expectations, and milestone acceptance criteria before starting a project to avoid misunderstandings.
