Reimbursement of time spent
Qudsia is extremely professional. Prior to accepting the contract, Qudsia did a homepage design and posted it in a manner that made it accessible to us. This represented a reasonable amount of design effort and web design work and she did this without charging us and before she even accepted the contract that we offered her. In addition to that, she is extremely on time with getting work done in a fast and professional manner, her level of communication is sensational, and I will be using her on multiple contracts in the future. I have used many people on Upwork for many different projects, however in the future Qudsia will be my primary GoTo developer.

Brand Identity for Architectural Studio
I gave Qudsia a detailed scope of work which she followed through. During conceptual phase, I changed my direction and kindly offered to end the contract as I didn't want to keep asking her to change. We agreed to pursue this new direction and finally came to an agreement. In the second milestone, I felt like her work was generic and not original. I shared a mockup I made with AI because I liked the color palette and the typography. Instead of using this as inspiration, she just sent me back the same design no changes. I gave 3 rating only because I had to end contract earlier and the work felt to generic for my brand.
