Initial requirement
Can you have any logo or color themes for your project? I collect information mainly by asking and answering questions. Collect all contents, instructions, references (if any) and branding assets.
Wireframe Sketch and samples
Once I have all the content and instructions I will design wireframes to see if we are on the same page. I Mainly use Figma . But also use illustrator and photoshop sometimes.
