Webflow Expert Needed for Homepage Redesign Budget

Jesse was polite, responsive, and completed the basic campaign setup as agreed. However, the campaign was not actively managed or optimized to deliver sustainable results. The strategy focused solely on retargeting without activating cold traffic, which limited growth and conversions. There was minimal creative testing and no scaling efforts after the initial conversion.
Based on my experience, I would recommend Jesse for very basic ad setup tasks, but not for growth-driven, performance-based campaigns that require active scaling, creative management, and strategic decision-making.
