You will get cgi 3d cosmetic or skincare animation, 3d product design, 3d rendering
for that iptv panel I only got 5 credits instead of 200 credits. still waiting for my remaining credits

3D animator to create a high-quality animation for our face serum
Quality of work was not what we expected for what we paid. We are actually taking the source files to someone else to fix and provide a better outcome. At some point we received a the video with video transitions done in CapCut and that was unacceptable. Freelancer tried to say that we did not communicate, that we did not provide information but we actually did the opposite. Reference video, prompt communication and lots of info was provided well in advance to the artist in a timely fashion. Freelancer also tried to take the conversation outside Upwork (on whats up) and that did not sit well with us. Truly we only paid the full price so we dont have to argue back and forth but if you ask a true opinion, I would not recommend working with this artist. Proof of all this is saved just in case
