Senior UI/UX Designer for B2B SaaS, Dashboards & Web Applications

Most B2B SaaS dashboards I'm asked to redesign have the same root problem: they were designed by people who'd never used them daily. Buttons everywhere, no clear primary action, settings buried four clicks deep, and a "main view" that tries to show everything at once.

That's what I fix.

I'm a senior UI/UX designer focused on B2B SaaS products, admin panels, analytics dashboards, multi-tenant platforms, internal tools, CRM and ERP interfaces, project management software, HR tech, marketing automation platforms, and complex web applications where users need to make decisions fast. Over the last 10 years and 350+ shipped projects, I've worked with early-stage startups, Series A through C SaaS companies, and a few enterprise product teams rebuilding legacy platforms.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡

Product UX and UI for SaaS web applications. End-to-end product design covering user research, information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and design system documentation. I work on the parts of products that most agencies skip — settings, permissions, billing, account management, empty states, and error handling. Those are usually where SaaS products lose users.

𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦

𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: KPI dashboards, analytics platforms, reporting tools, BI interfaces, and admin overviews. I design layouts that handle 50+ metrics without overwhelming users, with strong information hierarchy and progressive disclosure. Familiar with Recharts, D3, ApexCharts, and Chart.js patterns when collaborating with developers.

𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: user management, content management systems, role-based access control, audit logs, internal operational tools. The unglamorous SaaS UX that determines whether your customer success team can actually do their jobs.

𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀: workspace switching, organization vs user-level settings, permission hierarchies, white-label considerations, and enterprise SSO flows.

𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: new-user onboarding, empty states that guide instead of confuse, product tours that don't annoy, checklist patterns, and time-to-value optimization. Most SaaS products lose 60% of signups in the first session, onboarding UX is where that gets fixed.

𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: subscription management UX, plan upgrade and downgrade flows, payment failure handling, team invitation and role management, and notification preferences.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀: component libraries in Figma, design tokens, documentation, handoff to engineering teams using Storybook, shadcn/ui, Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra, or Tailwind UI as foundations. I build systems your engineers will actually use.

𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: stakeholder interviews, user interviews, usability testing with Maze and UserTesting, heatmap and session recording analysis with Hotjar and FullStory, A/B test design, and synthesis into product decisions.

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞

I work in Figma for design and FigJam for early thinking and collaborative workshops. For prototyping I use Figma's built-in prototyper or ProtoPie for complex interaction states. I write design rationale documents your engineers and PM can actually use, and I'm comfortable working directly with developers using Tailwind, React component libraries, or your existing front-end stack. I'm familiar with Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, and standard async workflows for distributed teams.

I push back on ideas when I disagree, and I expect the same in return. I don't do "just make it pretty" work, if you can't explain why a screen exists, I'll ask.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜'𝗠 𝗔 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥

Founders and product teams at B2B SaaS companies who need a senior designer to lead product UX work, not a junior to execute wireframes already approved by someone else. Companies redesigning legacy dashboards. Series A-C startups building V2 of their product. Enterprise teams modernizing internal tools. Solo founders past MVP who need a designer who can think about retention and activation, not just screens.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜'𝗠 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔 𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥

Marketing site redesigns, logo or brand identity work, illustration-only projects, projects without a defined product owner on the client side, or "make it look like Linear" requests without a strategic reason behind them.
