2d Animator Needed for 60sec Cartoon YouTube Shorts
Not only did this freelancer deliver late for all milestones of this project, and the work he delivered didn't match my expectations either so it is unusable for me.
I was kind enough to still give him half the price we agreed on for the time and effort, but he still wanted the full amount. I will now have to dispute the payment though the Upwork support system.
Would 100% avoid this freelancer.
