I'm a Kelowna-based designer and strategist with over 20 years of experience across a range of industries. Wine and beverage, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing. Before I built websites for a living, I worked in them: on the floor, behind the counter, in the cellar, and across the table from clients trying to grow something real.
That history matters. When I work with a small business owner, a brand manager, or an independent operator, I'm not guessing at what their day looks like. I've held a lot of those jobs. That perspective shapes how I approach every project, with genuine respect for what it takes to run something and a clear sense of what design and strategy actually need to deliver.
Today I run Melville Creative Strategy, working with clients across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. My projects span e-commerce brands, professional service firms, hospitality and food businesses, specialty retailers, and creative independents. The common thread is clients who want thoughtful work, honest communication, and results that hold up.
