Challenge: This project aimed to transform complex, raw sales data into clear, meaningful, and actionable insights for sales professionals. The key challenge was to design a dashboard that efficiently surfaced critical KPIs and streamlined workflows, empowering quick decision-making.
My Role: As the lead UX/UI designer, I implemented a robust user-centered design process, beginning with a deep dive into the specific needs and daily routines of sales professionals. This research directly informed the dashboard's structure and functionality.
Solution & Deliverables: I crafted an intuitive and visually compelling interface, focusing on visual hierarchy, accessibility, and powerful data storytelling. Key deliverables included clear charts, consistent typography, and a thoughtfully curated color palette, all designed for optimal data comprehension.
Impact: The result was a highly effective sales dashboard that promotes quick comprehension of complex data and drives informed action, ultimately helping sales teams achieve their targets more efficiently.
