Challenge: Instituto Tepeyac, a vital educational platform offering spiritual and religious resources primarily to Spanish-speaking individuals, sought to significantly improve its online user experience. The goal was to make educational content more accessible and intuitive for parents and children.
My Role: As the lead UX professional, I executed a comprehensive UX research phase to deeply understand the unique needs and behaviors of the target Spanish-speaking audience. This involved identifying pain points, understanding content consumption patterns, and assessing existing navigational challenges.
Solution & Deliverables: Based on robust insights, I then designed detailed wireframes and optimized the Information Architecture to guide the website's structural and navigational improvements. The focus was on creating clear, intuitive pathways to spiritual and educational content.
Impact: The project delivered a strategic foundation for a more user-friendly and culturally resonant platform, ensuring that valuable religious education resources are easily discoverable and accessible to its dedicated Spanish-speaking community.
