As the UI/UX designer for Roma Optical, I led the redesign of their e-commerce platform to create a seamless, conversion-focused shopping experience for eyewear customers. I began with stakeholder interviews and market research to understand user behaviors, identify friction points, and map out key user journeys from browsing to checkout.
I created responsive wireframes for essential pages—homepage, product listings, product detail, prescription upload, and checkout—ensuring the flow was intuitive for all user types. The visual design combined a clean, modern aesthetic with high usability. I emphasized accessibility, strong CTAs, and trust-building elements like reviews and secure checkout badges.
Working in Figma, I built a design system with reusable components for scalable development. I also collaborated closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation across desktop and mobile. The final result improved navigation, reduced cart abandonment, and elevated Roma Optical’s digital presence with a more polished, user-friendly interface.
