Design with accessibility in mind will broaden your audience to all people, emphasizing a diverse range of hearing, movement, sight, and cognitive abilities. Websites & Apps are required to be accessible, but many are not. WCAG Color Contrast Guidelines' agreed-upon standard is AA, which requires a 4.5:1 contrast ratio between foreground (text) and background colour. There should be a single primary colour and accent colour in addition to white, black, and shades of grey. An accessible colour palette ensures that readers with visual impairments & disabilities can see and understand your design.
