You will get UX Audit / Heuristic Analysis of your E-commerce site for mobile & desktop
Project details
You will get a 20-30 page usability assessment of your website within 72 hours for both mobile and desktop. My report uses both Neilsen's 10 Usability Heuristics as well as Shneiderman's 8 Rules of Interface Design in which I assess your site against. My audit will provide a detailed report of errors by severity (to users) by page as well as short term and longer term opportunities for you to improve your site's conversion rate.
In addition to delivering your report within 3 business days, I will also provide a 30 minute follow up call with you to review my findings together with you, discuss possible solutions and answer any questions you have about improving user experience and conversion rate on your website.
