UX Research mentorship for design, CX, or product teams that want to start doing user research or improve their user research practice. I might help with:
• Research planning: choosing the best techniques (qualitative or quantitative), and defining research questions.
• Creating scripts and questionnaires.
• Conducting qualitative research: user interviews, product discovery, contextual inquiry, user testing
• How to facilitate interviews and feedback on team performance.
• Conducting quantitative research: defining sample, how to create a great questionnaire and basic analysis.
• Analysis: defining analysis frameworks, and how to draw conclusions.
• Results: formats for presenting results, how to engage the team, and measuring the impact of research.
• Success metrics: how to measure the impact of research.
10 mentorship hours to guide the team in conducting user research.
• Live mentoring sessions (scheduled in advance): we suggest at least one recurring weekly meeting.
• Asynchronous activities, as needed.

I am also a teacher and have trained more than 500 people on usability testing. I´ve been a keynote speaker in many Brazilian events and have already spoken in 5 editions of Interaction South America / Interaction Latin America. In 2018 I was chosen as UX professional of the year by Abradi (Brazilian digital agents association).
I've studied journalism and market research and recently completed the Nielsen Norman UX Certification. Advanced level of english, intermediate french and spanish, some italian.
