Hi there! I'm Tiffany Truong, I'm currently a Business Systems
Analyst 2 at Epsilon, where I oversee end to end cross channel
marketing deployments for Fortune 500 clients.
My daily tasks include creating SQL queries to segment audiences,
digging through HTML to resolve errors, and drilling through Adobe
Campaign to design, test, and automate marketing campaigns. As
a business systems analyst, my main goal is to ensure the needs of
my client are correctly translated to business requirements, and that
our client's goals are being efficiently, effectively, and ethically met.
In my free time, I enjoy learning about designing digital applications,
and the future of AI integration. Just this past spring, I completed a
course in UX/UI Design for AI products, where I created a mobile
app that utilizes AI to help those with IBS manage and track their
symptoms. Moreover, I am currently working on a project that helps
internal employees share AI prompts that facilitate their day to day
tasks.
