You will get UX/UI evaluation report, including recommendations on how to improve

Project details
You will receive a detailed port which contains an elaborate diagnosis of all the user flows you requested to inspect, a description of what wrong with them and what is the severity level they fall into. This will help you prioritise where to begin when wanting to enhance the user experience.
Alongside that, you will get recommendations on how to fix or improve the problematic areas.
As an experienced Product designer (UX, UI, UX Research) I am trained to officially evaluate user flows and comunicate the problems I find in a coherent, actionable way.

Usability Evaluation FAQ
1. What should I expect from a usability evaluation?
In a usability evaluation, I will be going through a user flow from the beginning of the task to the end of it, visiting 5-7 possible checkpoints (tasks) which will be discussed in advance by the product owner and myself.
How to decide on a user journey:
Make sure it’s a road well traveled: which steps do most users go through?
Avoid setting edge cases as checkpoints. These should be dealt with in a different scope.
The user’s happy path; let's work on the path you want your user to go through in a good-case scenario.
2. What is the difference between a usability evaluation and a UX audit?
A usability evaluation is meant to check the product’s ease of use, detect flaws in the design, and measure it against industry standards.
A usability evaluation is performed on individual user flows which are pre-decided, each flow can be evaluated in about 1.5 - 2 hours.
This assessment is often confused with the term “UX Audit” which means something similar, but on a different scale: AUX audit is a project that lasts 3-4 months and involves all aspects of the company in order to gain sufficient information about the user’s experience. This includes analyzing reports from the sales team, shadowing customer support, looking at business data such as ROI, and churn percentage, and even going through the company's premises and auditing every touch point the clients have with the business, for example, the journey from the parking to the elevator ride. UX audits are performed by a team of people.
3. How will the evaluation be delivered?
Ideally, I will be sitting with a designer or a product owner in a recorded session, in person or online. A note-taker is essential, provided by the client or by me.
After completing the flow or the multiple flows, I will review the recorded session and the notes taken, and prepare a UX Evaluation report.
This report will contain a summary and recommendations, as well as a list of problems I detected in the flow, ranked based on severity level.
Having this report will ensure you and the product team that you are working on the right things.
It is written in an accessible language everyone can understand, so you can share it with the whole team.
4. What should I not expect?
A UX evaluation is designed to generate data, not designs.
The recommendations given might include descriptions of component types or point to different layouts, but will not include mockups, prototypes, or any visual elements. This is not an accessibility evaluation. Meeting universal accessibility standards is a whole different audit.
5. How often shall we perform a UX evaluation? And what about user testing?
An evaluation of a flow or a professional review of a design is a practice that can be applied to any scope of project, from a simple stepper to a complex user journey.
Moreover, it can be performed at any stage of the design, the earlier the better.
A UX evaluation is only one method of checking your design meets its full potential. If possible, it is always good to combine it with other methods such as usability testing and user interviews.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Salit can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Salit receives requirements from you.
Salit works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Initial assessment
In the first step, I need to make sure I understand the product, the user goals and the business needs. I need to have a clear picture of who the user is. If you are working with user Personas, send them over as well.
UX evaluation flow
I will go through the user flows and evaluate them, applying severity levels in places where UX principals are broken, and suggesting how to fix them. Some suggestions would be an easy fix, while others might point out to more reseach needed.
