He did a good job overall however his communication and cooperation skills still needs room for improvement.
I had told him to present his findings in Powerpoint but he ignored me and submitted his work in Figma, he wanted me to close to contract before giving me access to see what he has done... I said no, he then asked me to open a Figma account to see the work.
This is really inconvenient as I don't know how to use Figma and also told him multiple times to submit his work on Power point. In the end he offered to put everything in Powerpoint but it's a waste of my time and his if he had listened to instructions from the start.
