Our experience with the project was mixed. The project manager and data engineer were both competent and responsive, and we initially had a positive impression of the DevOps team. However, the DevOps process turned out to be highly problematic. Throughout the six-month engagement, we had to replace the DevOps resources multiple times, and the quality remained inconsistent on Mindbowser's side. While the data engineer performed well, and our first project manager was effective, the second project manager did not meet our expectations. Overall, certain aspects of the project were well-handled, but significant challenges arose, particularly with DevOps.
