Kacper is one of those developer that you want in your team. In this project I cannot count the things he did that were the right thing to do at the right time. Where to start?
First of all Kacper knows his job well, one of those developers that listens to the requirements, understand them and know how to implement them effectively. And he is more than that: he is a team player, easy to work with and really proactive. In this project he brought not just expertise, but a personal presence which has always been positive.
With him, I never had to go through lengthy meetings just to get a point across, he understand his technology and knows how to get things done, bringing order in the chaos we had in the front end part of the project. Moreover he quickly adapted to our way of working, our task management system and our structure.
...and not to forget that in these months I don't think I heard him complaining once, his positive attitude another star.
Would I hire him for other projects? Absolutely yes!
