You will get a button triggered timesheet
Top Rated

Project details
This timesheet may look simple, but if you have worked with time tracking before, you know the headache of formatting a visually acceptable yet time-accurate date. This timesheet does both.
The main quality of this timesheet is that it's simple. You click a button, the button triggers a function that adds in the current time in the right place. When you want to clock out, it adds the clock-out time in the right place. Simple. the subtotal then shows up, and the overall total is then updated in a decimal format so that you can bill, or pay based on an actual number, not an hour-and-minute-based pseudo number (e.g. a total time of 7:53 will need to be billed or paid as 7.88 and not 7.53).
This timesheet can handle as many rows as you need, with no additional input from you. Just click "IN" and if there are no more rows below, one will be added. You can also use the "CLEAR" button to remove all values and start the time-tracking process over. And feel free to add notes in the "Recording time for:" cell.
Purchase of this timesheet gets you your own copy, along with authorization for the code to work.

What are the chances that something in your Google Workspace mostly works — but it’s slow, fragile, confusing, or harder to trust than it should be?
I specialize in Google Apps Script–powered automations across Google Sheets, Forms, Docs, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar — the kind that actually hold up over time.
I’ve been doing this work full-time for over 5 years, across 119 completed Upwork contracts and 500+ projects outside of Upwork through my agency, Allen App Tools.
What I’ve learned is this:
Most people don’t just need automation — they need clarity, confidence, and ownership over systems their business now depends on.
Many conversations start with some version of:
“We rely on this sheet every day, but honestly we’re scared to touch anything.”
— Sarah (Feb 2023)
Or:
“The last developer built it, but no one here understands how it works.”
— Mike (Aug 2022)
Or even:
“It technically works… until it doesn’t.”
— Jenna (Jan 2024)
These aren’t edge cases. They’re patterns I’ve seen hundreds of times.
That’s why my approach isn’t just about making something work — it’s about making sure it’s:
✅ understandable
✅ maintainable
✅ documented
and safe to evolve as your business grows
I help teams:
✅ Replace manual processes with reliable automation
✅ Clean up fragile or overgrown Google Sheets
✅ Build Apps Script systems that don’t break when requirements change
✅ Integrate Forms, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, APIs, and external tools
✅ Take ownership back from “black box” spreadsheets
Very often, clients come to me after trying to DIY or after another developer stepped away:
“We had something half-built and no idea how to move forward.”
— Chris (May 2021)
My job is to remove that uncertainty and replace it with something you can confidently run your business on.
Communication & trust (this matters more than people admit)
Good automation fails if it isn’t clearly explained.
I put a heavy emphasis on:
✅ plain-language explanations
✅ walking through logic together
✅ making sure you understand what you’re paying for
As one client put it:
“You’re the first person who actually explained what’s going on in a way I can understand.”
— Lauren (Nov 2022)
I’d rather over-communicate early than leave you guessing later.
This is not a side hustle for me — it’s my business.
I’m here for long-term partnerships, not quick wins that leave you stuck later.
“We’ve been burned by freelancers disappearing. That’s why this mattered to us.”
— Tom (Jul 2020)
When we work together, I care about where this system is headed, not just where it lands today.
About me & my team
When I’m not directly writing code, I’m building Allen App Tools, a Google Workspace automation company focused on giving people back time and sanity at work.
You’ll always communicate with me directly — and when needed, I can bring in trusted developers from my team to help move faster without sacrificing quality.
If you’re dealing with:
🤔 a Google Sheet that’s become mission-critical
🤔 an automation you don’t fully trust
🤔 or a process that’s eating hours every week
I’d be happy to take a look and talk through options.
