This Company Suggestion Box project is developed using Laravel, JQuery, and Bootstrap. It provides a company with a platform to efficiently manage suggestions from its employees and customers. Allows for managing user roles and the system modules each role has access to.
Administrators can create, update, and delete platform users, as well as activate or deactivate accounts. Roles can be assigned to users to determine their capabilities and permissions within the system. Also, can manage departments and categories within the platform.
Suggestions Module
Allows privileged users to track suggestions. Suggestions can have the following states: REPORTED, IN_PROGRESS, and COMPLETED. Additionally, comments can be added to the suggestions by those tracking them.
• You can set if the language is APPROPRIATE or OBSCENE.
• Suggestions are associated with a specific department.
Suggestion Registration: Create suggestions.
