Customer service center to facilitate receiving data from and sharing data with your customers/members. You decide which data to receive and which data to display. Your website will have the following functionality:
Customer can register for member access. Member can log in, log out, change password, reset lost password, receive lost username at email address on file. Member can add data to custom forms and receive online confirmation of form receipt. Member can edit and delete data you identify. Member can view custom reports and listings you identify.
Admin can log in, log out, change password, reset lost password, receive lost username at email address on file. Admin can add, edit, delete member information, change password for member, view and export to CSV report data. Add, edit, delete custom form data.
Pages created/used for member and admin login/logout do not count towards the number of forms purchased. Data can be obtained from your existing database or we can add new tables to work with our programming.
