1. Discovery - we start off with preliminary calls to discuss project details & assess your goals, budget, and timeline, and aligning expectations so that we can together decide whether to proceed.
2. Project Breakdown - The goal of this step is to align on the exact features and architecture for your app. This document will clearly define all the scopes needed & estimation for your project divided into different milestones. Once this project documentation has been fully reviewed & approved from your end, will development start.
3. Development, Reporting & Testing - Active development will be completed in this phase, and any low-level requirements will be asked & cleared if necessary. This stage ends with a full version of your app with all features tested beforehand, and will be ready for your final review!

4. Review & Launch - This step involves you reviewing through your application and flag anything that is not built according to the confirmed scopes at the start. When you're ready to go live, I will deploy the app on your custom domain and transfer all credentials and IP rights to you.
