This is Courier Management System developed with Laravel Framework of PHP that is developed for Courier business. Let's take a look deeper about the functionality of different users of the systems:
#1. Super Admin: He can manage Sub-admins, Data Entry Operators, Merchants, Pickup requests+ parcels+payments +withdrawal request of different Merchants,assign parcels to delivery person, categorize parcels with zones, assign delivery person to zones, pages like privacy policy+FAQ
#2. Sub-Admin: He will get all facility of admin except adding more sub-admin
#3. Delivery Persons: He will see the list of parcels which are assigned to him. He can mark the parcel status as "Delivered" or "Returned". Once parcel is marked as delivered the delivery charge will be added to merchant wallet, Admin commission will be added to admin wallet and the rest of CAD will be added to Merchant wallet.
#4. Data Entry Operator: He can insert parcel only. i can give your more functionality to him if you demand.
#5. Merchants can request for pickup and can see his parcels. Merchant can see also his payment and wallet. He can make also withdrawal request from his wallet also.
