Yearly maintenance contract for crypto trading platform
I have lost a significant investment on a crypto solution purchased from Ujjwal. This feedback pertains to the maintenance contract for that solution:
1. **System Reliability:** The system is full of bugs and unreliable, causing ongoing issues that impact its usability.
2. **Delayed Deliveries:** Deliveries are always delayed, and you will never receive the solution or features on time.
3. **Scope Misalignment:** Features initially agreed upon during discussions were later excluded from the solution, leading to unmet expectations and additional challenges.
Given my experience, I strongly recommend seeking alternatives for similar projects.
