My core work spans five areas:

A bit more about my background, for those who want the full picture:
My public health and social science background is centered on health
equity and communications, spanning multiple areas such as reproductive
and sexual health, adolescent health, maternal and child health,
workforce development, food insecurity, and child care research — with
deep focus on historically marginalized and underserved communities.
I've designed and fielded surveys, led qualitative and quantitative
analysis, and translated complex findings into formats real audiences
and funders can act on. My work has included research that's been cited
as a resource on multiple federal agency platforms, high-profile
communications deliverables that reached broad public audiences, and
program evaluations spanning youth development, capacity building,
emergency response, and more. Earlier in my career, I served two years
in the Peace Corps in Liberia, where I founded a mobile contraceptive
clinic, co-hosted a regional radio show, and managed 20+ youth
volunteers.
My introduction to AI began with prompt development to maximize
productivity in public health research and content development. Now I
build automation systems to leverage AI even further, enabling
organizations to work smarter, reduce operational costs, and empower
their employees. I have found that my rigorous evaluation thinking
applied to AI tools is like a superpower when it comes to spotting what
actually works, what just looks good on paper, and where automation will
save real time versus create new problems.
