We start with a quick call or message thread. You tell me the task you want automated, the tools involved, and what a good outcome looks like. I confirm the scope and pick the right platform (n8n, Make, or Zapier) for the job.
Create a flow diagram
I map out the workflow visually before building anything, so you can see exactly what triggers what, which tools connect, and where the AI steps in. You approve the flow before I start building.
