Website Creation Thank you so much,

Firstly the proposal quality and fast response time is excellent.

There is clear communication at all stages. And the commitment to quality is definitely appreciated.

For this project Figma was the platform used, and it was applied with minimum fuss and a clear vision.

I would like to also mention, this is not just one human. I was surprised to find a team called

Mind Roots

Behind this… Which improves efficiency and quality significantly in many cases.

I am totally satisfied with the service and I hope any others will find the same.

Thanks again for your efforts :)

Fractional CTO & Product Strategy Consultant | SaaS, Mobile App and AI

I'm a fractional CTO and product strategy consultant working with founders and growing companies who need someone to own the technical side of the business. Not just write code, but make the architecture, hiring, and roadmap decisions that determine whether a product actually scales or quietly falls apart under its own weight six months in.

Over 15+ years I've worked with 200+ clients and delivered 600+ projects, ranging from early stage MVPs to platforms handling real production traffic across SaaS, mobile, and AI. Right now I split my time between advisory work, helping teams choose the right stack, avoid costly rebuilds, and plan realistic engineering roadmaps, and hands on architecture, where I'm still writing code myself when a project needs it. I've never been the kind of technical lead who hands things off and disappears into meetings.

Most of my clients fall into one of three situations. A founder who needs a technical cofounder level partner but isn't ready to hire one full time. A funded startup that's outgrown its early codebase and needs someone to fix the architecture before it becomes a much bigger and more expensive problem. Or a company that wants to add AI features into an existing product without turning it into an unpredictable science experiment that breaks under real usage. I'm comfortable in all three, and I usually know within the first conversation which one a client is actually dealing with, even if they describe it differently.

Where I fit technically: Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and Laravel for web applications. Python for backend systems and AI integrations. Shopify and WordPress when the project calls for it. On mobile, I build native with Swift and Kotlin or cross platform with React Native and Flutter, depending on what the product actually needs rather than what's trendy. I don't push a particular stack just because it's what I know best. The right architecture depends on your users, your team's future hiring plans, and how fast you actually need to move, not on my personal preferences.

A few things I've built from the ground up (architecture, backend, database, and either web or mobile front end):

OrderTron: a B2B order management platform for food and beverage distributors, now running with wholesalers across multiple regions. I built the full order to invoice workflow, including mobile ordering, inventory tracking, accounting integrations, and reporting for suppliers managing hundreds of retail accounts across multiple states.

Clip the Deal: a cashback and deals app for grocery shoppers in the UAE, covering hundreds of stores and brands. I built the mobile app and backend handling deal redemption, cashback logic, and retailer partnerships at scale, serving a large and active user base.

Rediem: an AI native loyalty and community platform for consumer brands, using receipt scanning and behavioral data to move loyalty programs beyond simple points systems into something closer to a brand's own community engine, with real engagement and retention numbers behind it.

Unbrako eStore: a B2B ecommerce platform for one of the world's largest industrial fastener manufacturers, with thousands of SKUs, multi currency support, and distributor account management built for enterprise procurement workflows across several countries.

Each of these started as a blank page. No existing codebase, no legacy decisions to work around, which is where I genuinely do my best work: figuring out the right architecture from day one instead of patching around someone else's earlier mistakes.

On process: I don't disappear for weeks and resurface with a surprise bill or a broken timeline. Every engagement starts with a discovery phase, mapping out the actual product requirements, data model, and technical risks before I give you a timeline or cost estimate. From there it's short sprints, regular demos, and documentation that doesn't fall apart the moment you bring in another developer. If AI is part of the build, I plan for the less exciting but critical parts early, things like cost monitoring, fallback handling, and evaluation, because that's usually what separates a working prototype from something you can safely ship to paying customers.

I work well directly with founders, alongside existing in house teams, or as an extension of an agency, whatever the situation actually calls for. If you're trying to figure out the right technical direction for your product, or you've got a team that needs senior level architecture guidance without committing to a full time hire, send me a message and tell me what you're working on.
