You will get a custom marketing website designed and built in three weeks

Project details
Most agency websites take a quarter and arrive looking like every other site in the category.
I spent two decades running creative for demanding brands - BMW, Microsoft, Lufthansa - at BBDO and Serviceplan. I now build with AI-assisted production, which means work that used to need a team of six needs a much smaller one, on a fraction of the calendar. What it does not change is the thinking, and the thinking is still what decides whether a site works.
You get a site designed from your positioning, not from a template. Custom layouts, real typography, motion where it earns its place, and a CMS your team can run without calling me.
On the timeline: I shipped a native iOS app from concept to the App Store in three weeks. I know precisely what AI compresses and what it does not, so the number I quote is the number you get.
Done means the site is live on your domain, your team has been walked through the CMS, the design system is documented, and page speed and accessibility have been measured rather than assumed.

About Tim
AI Consulting, Content, Web & iOS for Brands | Ex-BBDO & Serviceplan
Manhattan Beach, United States - 12:56 pm local time
I take on three kinds of work, and I'm personally on every project.
━━ WHAT I DO
1. AI CONSULTING & AI AGENTS
Where AI actually earns its keep in your business — and where it doesn't. I map the opportunity, then build it: customer-facing sales and support agents, internal automation, RAG systems over your own data, content pipelines, live dashboards. Shipped to production, not to a slide deck.
2. AI-EMPOWERED WEBSITES & DESIGN
Sites and brand systems built with AI-assisted workflows — agency-grade craft on a timeline that used to be impossible. Marketing sites, product sites, design systems, campaign work. Recent: a full brand site designed, built and live in 24 hours. A complete brand commercial, produced entirely with AI, in two weeks.
3. WEB & iOS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Native iOS and modern web applications. Swift and SwiftUI, React and Next.js, API and platform work. I've been shipping mobile products for premium brands since the first iPhone era — the BMW Motorsport app I led won a Webby nomination and an iF Design Award. My own current app, Seekree, runs a large language model entirely on-device across iPhone, iPad and Mac: SwiftUI and SwiftData, MLX inference on the Apple Neural Engine. Nothing leaves the phone. Concept to a live, 5-star App Store product in three weeks. If you want to know whether I can actually build, download it.
━━ WHY ME OVER A CHEAPER OPTION
You can hire an AI developer here for $20/hour. Sometimes that's the right call. Here's when it isn't:
• When the work is customer-facing and the brand can't look off
• When "an AI that works" isn't enough — it has to work at your standard
• When you need someone who can decide WHAT to build, not just build what you say
• When it has to actually launch, on a date, with a business behind it
I spent 20 years running creative and technology operations at BBDO, I-D Media and Serviceplan — managing double-digit-million-dollar portfolios for BMW, Microsoft, Lufthansa, Varo Bank and ARK Invest. I know how organizations like that buy, how their brands are governed, and what survives contact with a legal and marketing team.
And for fifteen of those years I consulted to Apple — launching iTunes across five European markets, then at Apple Music leading teams that evaluated personalization and content quality, connecting editorial judgment with algorithmic discovery and human-in-the-loop assessment. I was working on how machines decide what people see long before it was called AI.
I've been building at that edge the whole time, not just advising on it. I launched BMW TV, the first web TV channel from a premium car brand, and a music channel that won Germany's first IPTV Award. Work I've led has also won a Webby nomination, an iF Design Award and an Effie.
I wrote "Entertainment Rewired: How AI Will Empower the Next Generation of Storytellers, Musicians, and Content Creators," and I've produced fully AI-generated commercials for real brands — not demos.
Someone who understands the model AND the brief. That combination is rarer than it should be, and it's the whole reason this profile exists.
━━ HOW I WORK
1. A 30-minute call. I tell you what I'd do and roughly what it costs. Free.
2. A written scope, fixed price, explicit acceptance criteria — a literal "Done =" line, so nobody argues later about what finished means.
3. Build, with a working demo at every milestone. Not status updates.
4. Two weeks of stabilization after launch. Included, not billed.
Fixed price on defined scope. Hourly only for open-ended advisory.
━━ WHO'S BEHIND ME
Afacture runs on a network model — 120+ specialists across AI engineering, content production, design and experiential. I scope and lead every engagement personally and pull in exactly the specialists it needs. You get a senior practitioner, not a project manager relaying messages to a bench.
━━ IS THIS A FIT?
Good fit: real budget, real deadline, a standard you won't drop. You want to be told when your idea is wrong.
Not a fit: you're comparing five proposals on price alone, or you need someone to execute a spec without questioning it. I'm not the cheapest and I'm not quiet.
━━ NEXT STEP
Send me the problem. I'll come back within one business day with how I'd approach it and a real number. If I'm not right for it, I'll tell you.

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Tim can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Tim receives requirements from you.
Tim works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Positioning before pixels
Half a day on what the site has to do: who it is for, what it has to prove, and what a visitor should do next. Everything after this is downstream of that conversation.
Design the system, not the pages
Type, colour, grid and components, applied to the two hardest pages first. Approve those and the rest of the site assembles without surprises.
