Project details

Most businesses run on manual effort for tasks that should not require a human. Follow-ups, data transfers, notifications, approvals, content routing. I build automation systems using n8n and AI that handle all of that automatically.
I have built automation for affiliate marketing pipelines, client onboarding flows, AI-powered content systems, and CRM integrations using GoHighLevel, Claude API, and third-party APIs. What I deliver is not just a working workflow. It is a documented, tested system your team can actually maintain and build on.
I work fast. Most setups are done in 3 to 7 days depending on complexity. You get a clean build, written documentation, and a screen recording walkthrough so you know exactly how everything works.

About Kent Lucky

Kent Lucky B.Status: Offline
CTO | Full Stack Engineer | AI & Automation Specialist | n8n | GHL
Calamba, Philippines - 5:51 pm local time
Right now I am running technology for a 59,000-user platform and building AI automation systems for a B2B company whose outreach pipeline I rebuilt from scratch. Both at the same time. That is not a flex, it is context: the work compounds across companies because the core problem is always the same. Find where the manual work is, build a system that handles it, and make sure it actually runs.

I am a full stack engineer with a deep focus on AI and automation.. For AI and automation I work with n8n, the Claude API, Gemini, OpenAI, and GoHighLevel. I have shipped production systems for companies ranging from early-stage startups to platforms serving millions of users.

Here is what that looks like in practice.

At Techno Wealth Creators, I took over as CTO with a live platform serving 59,000 members and started a phased migration from Django to Next.js. No big-bang relaunch. No downtime. The kind of migration where members noticed things got faster but nothing broke.

At Prospana, I built their entire AI-driven outreach stack from zero. Lead scraping, enrichment, scoring, personalized email generation, all running on self-hosted infrastructure. What used to take the team 40-plus hours of manual work per week now runs on its own. I did a similar build for a UK-based performance marketing company at over 7 million members, where the scale pushed me to think carefully about reliability and rate limits in ways most automation projects never require.

What I am specifically good at:

Full stack development. I build web apps in Next.js (App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind) with Django or Node backends. I handle both the frontend and the API layer end to end. I write clean, documented code because the systems I build are supposed to outlast the engagement.

AI integration, and I mean deep integration. I work across Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, and other models depending on what the job actually needs. Claude for reasoning and long-context tasks. Gemini for speed and multimodal work. OpenAI where the client stack demands it. The difference between what I do and AI hype is that I pick the right model for the right task and wire it into the exact points in your business where decisions are being made manually or data is moving by hand.

What that looks like in practice: a sales team that used to spend 3 hours a day qualifying leads now gets a scored, enriched list every morning with personalized first lines ready to send. A support workflow that required a human to read and route every ticket now classifies, prioritizes, and responds to the majority of them automatically. An operations team that manually pulled data from five tools to build a weekly report now gets it in their inbox every Monday without touching anything.

If you have a process your team does manually on a regular basis, there is a very high chance I can automate most or all of it. Not in theory. In production, running without someone watching it.

Automation architecture. n8n is my primary tool for workflow automation, self-hosted on VPS with proper error handling, retry logic, and monitoring. I also build custom integrations with GoHighLevel for clients running their business on that stack, whether that is connecting GHL to an AI model for smart follow-up sequences, syncing it with external tools, or building workflows their native automations cannot handle. I also work with Make and custom webhook pipelines where the project calls for it. The end result is always the same: a system that runs on its own and does not need a human to push it along.

Infrastructure and ops. I lean toward self-hosted, approval-gated deployments. I have managed database migrations on live production systems, set up CI/CD pipelines, and built internal tooling that non-technical teams can actually use without a manual.

A few things worth knowing before you reach out.

I work async. I am based in the Philippines (UTC+8) and I respond fast, but I do not do real-time availability as a default. If you need someone on a live call every morning, I am probably not the right fit. If you need reliable async communication and solid work delivered on schedule, we will work well together.

I prefer fixed-scope projects. A clearly defined deliverable is better for both sides. I will tell you exactly what I am building, what it will do, and what it will not do. No scope creep, no surprises.

I will not take a project I cannot execute well. If your requirements are outside my wheelhouse, I will say so upfront rather than figure it out at your expense.

If you are building something that needs a strong technical foundation, or you have manual processes eating your team's time that should be automated, send me a message. I reply to everything.

Steps for completing your project

After purchasing the project, send requirements so Kent Lucky can start the project.

Delivery time starts when Kent Lucky receives requirements from you.

Kent Lucky works on your project following the steps below.

Revisions may occur after the delivery date.

Review and plan the automation

I map out the full logic before building anything. You get a simple process outline so we are aligned before I touch any tools.

Build and test the workflow

I build the automation in n8n using your actual tools and credentials. Every trigger, condition, and action is tested with real data before delivery.

Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Kent Lucky.
