Senior .NET Developer for Commercial Projects
After our first project was completed, I rehired Danial to work on our next project. When we started, AI was just being incorporated into the tools with a simple "auto-complete" mode - and by the time we finished it was generating a significant amount of the code from prompts. Throughout the project, Danial brought AI into his work and probably sped up the project by 5-10x and almost single handedly brought the project to its completion.
My personal view of AI is that it is a force multiplier. It's like a 10,000 HP engine that will generate code like a hurricane. You need someone who can harness it as a tool and use it to extend their own talents, and Danial proved that he can do this exceptionally well. I really can't imagine having done this project without him - Danial absolutely had the biggest impact of anyone working on the project.
There's no doubt that the world of development has changed dramatically in the last 6 months - probably more than any other time in history. Teams are smaller than ever, which means that every individual holds a critical role. There is no question in my mind that Danial is incredibly talented and would be the first person I would place on my "dream team" of developers to work with.

Build a text generator that will merge templates and placeholders
If I could describe Danial in a single word, it would be "Invaluable".
We hired Danial to work on a project to build a text generation engine that we could use to build documents and standard communcation messages. From the first interview, he made suggestions on how we could improve the design, and within a few weeks he had a production ready solution.
I've worked in IT for over 30 years and have worked with hundreds of IT professionals - Danial is by far and without hesitation, the best resource I've had the privilege of working with. His technical skill is top-notch, he took the time to invest himself in the direction we were going, pushed back where he thought we could improve, and delivered an outstanding feature for our product.
After this short engagement, we rehired him to take on a longer role in the project. After a few months I felt comfortable turning the design of the system over to Danial and he ran with it for the next year, delivering a complete loan management system.
