The ones I build handle the day-to-day: when someone fills out your contact form, the lead is saved to a database and you get an email within seconds. Customers book appointments or place orders right on the site. Confirmations and reminders send themselves. Payments run through Stripe. If AI is actually useful for your case, things like summaries, follow-up drafts, or sorting inquiries, I build that in. If it isn't, I'll say so.
The site is built in Lovable. The automation runs on n8n, Make, or Zapier, depending on what you already use. You get the source code, plain documentation, and a walkthrough of how everything works.
