Nathan is a wonderful freelancer with the right work ethic. He is dedicated and driven. However, on this project, he was unfortunately unable to integrate with the team and heavily utilised blueprint, with uncompiled work, submission errors and more that resulted in constant missing files and errors. The work had to be undone each time.
My lead developer highlighted that he might be more junior in this area. However, Nathan has his strong suits too, in communication, visualisation and proactive.
