We are providing you the customized Moving Company CRM, A Web based Management System that is built specifically to run your moving/shipping operations smoothly.
The system will allow the company to keep track of and manage its daily operations. From Leads coming into the system and sales and then drivers delivering furniture to customers. In addition, the company will manage storage services recurring charges. The company gets most of its leads from phone calls through an app called Air Call, which will be integrated to the system. While the other leads are coming from the website. Based on the leads information Sales agents will be assigning that lead to a specific suitable branch. The CRM will help the business to keep track of the orders and assign movers as per their availability.
The CRM will involve multiple Entities Like Admin, Sales Agents, Movers/Drivers, and Clients who will be given access subject to their job responsibilities. Admin will be having control and access over all the features/modules.

Drivers/Movers Portal to be assigned to bookings.

SaaS based CRM Web Application
This freelancer team is an absolute gem to work with! In addition, in fairness to them, a significant percentage -- but not 100% -- of the agreed-upon requirements of a multi-communicational SaaS CRM were met. Nevertheless, after seven months, the addition of two more costly milestones to remedy the agreed-upon missing capabilities, and my concern the CRM’s form (UI) and function (UX) just weren’t visually appealing and working seamlessly together, I decided it was time to move on elsewhere. I thank the freelancer’s team for laying the foundations for what has the potential to become a great multi-communicational SaaS CRM.
