Requirement Gathering
This is the first step, in which we will take care of all the requirements of the project and make sure. I am on the same page with the client's requirements. I'll share my understanding with the client for confirmation with client over mail.
Prepare Deliverable in Sprint
In this step, we will finalize the deliverable of the sprint and take confirmation with the client, If required we will update the deliverable points of the project. Once the sprint is confirmed I will start development.
