Project details
You will receive a database with up to 3000 properties, for sale or rent, in any Brazilian city, in .csv or .xlsx format. Data will be collected by web scraping, using the R language, at vivareal.com.br, one of the largest real estate advertisement sites in Brazil. Briefly, the base will have the following variables: value of the offer (R$), unit value (R$/m²), floor area (m²), address, value of the condominium, number of parking spaces, number of rooms, number of bathrooms, number of suites, if there is a swimming pool, if there is a gym, if there is a sports court, latitude and longitude.
