The developer did not complete the full scope of work as clearly defined in the contract. Although I trusted them to manage and summarize the project requirements, the developer used this flexibility against me and ultimately failed to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables.
Please note that Upwork does not provide live support to resolve work-quality disputes in real time. Therefore, I am leaving this detailed feedback to accurately reflect the outcome for other potential clients.
I would not recommend hiring this freelancer. Despite initially assuring me that everything in the job scope could be completed, the final work did not meet my requirements. I became tired of arguing over the details, as it turned into a word-against-word situation, and I ultimately wasted over $600 on this project.
