App developer needed to creat IOS and Andriod employment scheduling and time keeping applicaiton.
We originally hired Biz4Commerce to design all of the screens an employee management and recruiting tool. This was a fairly large project due to the broad scope of its functions and all of the logistics that come with keeping track of employee documents, pay, hours worked, worksites, employer files, etc. My experience with Mansi and Satyendra has been nothing but productive and pleasant. These folks are truly experts in their field. We were so pleased with their design work we decided to award the actual building of the app to their firm as well.
This is big deal to us because the future of our recruiting and staffing agency (IES Custom Staffing) is riding on the success of this application, not to mention my career. Ive been working with them for about 6 months now and each week that goes by my team and I get more and more confident that this is going to be a success. Here are just a few things that stand out to us as key positive attributes of my experience with this team so far.
- Mansi and Satyendra always respond to my emails within 8 hours if its during US daylight hours (this is crazy because they are on the other side of the world)
- If I need something after having received a milestone after 7pm they always respond right away.
- They do a great job of dumbing down technical jargon for me so I understand what they need from me to move forward, whether it be setting up an Apple dev account, hosting servers, etc.
- They have a US based account manager (Sanjeev) that actually flew across the country to my Salt Lake City, UT office to spend a day with us so he could understand the day to day operations of the company. He is always just a phone call away and is a great resource for market based questions.
- They do a substantial amount of research before they dive into each phase of the project. You can tell because they get excited about the project after realizing the growth potential.
Save yourself some risk and give this firm a try. Even just for small section of your project to see how it goes. You will likely end of award all of your work to them.
