Front-End Webapp using React and MUI template (6+ weeks)
We worked with Sarooj over a period of 6 weeks to build a brand new web app that is used by our customers. This single-page app has pages where data is updated live, shown in many different ways including maps, grouped tables and forms. Sarooj started from scratch and built all of the pages using React with AntD, custom css and MapBox. Apart from the styling and UI-elements Sarooj also implemented interaction with our backend as well as error handling.
We are very impressed with the quality of the delivered work. Sarooj delivered software iteratively, showing his progress regularly and asking for functional and technical feedback at every step of the way. Together we scheduled the work and without failure Sarooj independently reached every goal we set out. This is a testament to his self-knowledge and experience.
Communication went very smoothly, he responds quickly and is able to put his thoughts into words as one would expect from a senior engineer. Sarooj has clear opinions about technical choices, which he articulates well and is able to put aside when required.
Overall we are extremely happy having worked with Sarooj and would recommend him without hesitation.
