Migrating Magento Website to Wordpress Oxygen Woocomerce
Freelancer was good to work with but a bit slow to get specific work completed. Also freelancer required a bit of back and forth to complete specific work. Client ended up cancelling work due to time it took to complete the work. Client is unresponsive to me and freelancer now.

First Move:
When I am approached or I approach a client regarding the project, I try to get as much as knowledge from the description, links, and attachments available for understanding on that basis I make my first move as the client always like you are already prepared for the task he/she has in mind.
Understanding in detail:
I take all the time in the world to understand the accurate requirements of the Client it’s not always as easy as it sounds but nevertheless taking a little more time to understand will eventually help both of us and accelerate the speed of the task on the later stages.
Questions:
This comes under understanding part as I consider to clarify things at the beginning as this might cause unnecessary delays if kept for later stages, “I think the client is not always free to get back to you on your queries immediately and since you have not clarified the queries earlier, you will have to wait for them to respond before continuing the tasks. This is a complete waste of time for both Client and me”
Working:
I have successfully completed the above two tasks then this part is just on me. With my exp and requirements from the client, I get started and complete the tasks with ease.
Testing & Delivering:
During testing again I allow Clients all the time in the world to test the work.
