It’s always challenging to leave this type of feedback, as I believe Oleksii has potential. I understand that freelancers can’t always be immediately available, and that’s okay. However, over the past year, I encountered a level of indifference in handling urgent, project-critical tasks, which sometimes gave the impression that the impact on our project wasn’t fully considered. This caused a lot of stress in the team and some personal embarrassments in front of our customers. Given that we entrusted Oleksii with a significant portion of our backend services and invested tens of thousands of euros in his work, this lack of responsiveness felt unfair and inconsistent with the level of loyalty we expected. Unfortunately, Oleksii was not understanding here either and did not see any reason to apologize. Despite these challenges, I appreciate Oleksii’s contributions and wish him all the best in his life.
