TriCore Partners, Founder and Risk & Governance Principal Advisor (2024 to present). 4 concurrent senior mandates, delivered at Big 4 standard:
► Royal Bank of Canada / City National Bank: internal controls under the OCC's Part 30 corrective action. First line test of design and effectiveness, review and challenge of KRIs and KPIs.
► Groupe Armide / Ghorayeb family office ($500M under management): portfolio risk and a balanced scorecard linking risk, strategy and performance. Monte Carlo stress testing, scenario analysis, KPI and KRI dashboards.
► Owens Corning ($11B in revenue): SOX 404 testing of internal controls over financial reporting.
► Desjardins, through Ernst & Young: ISO 31000 aligned operational risk framework, then the internal control supervision framework with SOX compliant testing.
Societe Generale USA and Canada, VP Enterprise Risk Management Officer, Permanent Control and Governance (2021 to 2024, Montreal and New York). Owned the enterprise risk framework end to end: issue management across all risk stripes on Archer, and the real time 360 risk radar read by the Board Risk Management Committee.
LBC Capital USA, Risk Senior Advisor and Interim Chief Compliance Officer (2020 to 2021). Restored the firm's standing with FINRA in 6 months when the license was at risk.
Laurentian Bank of Canada (2009 to 2020). 11 years, 4 roles, each a promotion: Senior Commercial Credit Risk Advisor (Basel AIRB model input validation, data quality governance), Securities Project Manager and Compliance Advisor, Business Project Manager in Change Management, and Reconciliation Manager (2 teams, 40 employees, $1M budget).
Standard Chartered Bank UAE, Assistant Business Development Manager (2008 to 2009, Dubai).
THE TOOLS I BUILD
► I built the portfolio reporting platform a private investment group uses to consolidate accounts across 2 advisors: live market prices, performance, allocation, projections and risk analysis, exportable to Excel. Same kind of live dashboards for risk and business numbers: KPIs, KRIs, sales and operations.
► I also built the platform TriCore's operations run on, inside the tricorep website: a candidate onboarding workflow from assessment to evaluation to approved, and a CRM for leads and prospects.
► Python pipelines that pull data, reconcile it and produce reports that update themselves. Working tools: Power BI, Python, SQL, DAX, Archer, ServiceNow.

► kahoo: Shopify store selling athlete protective gear in Canada and the UAE, multi currency checkout
► tricorep: 24 page corporate site for a risk consultancy and resourcing firm with AI capabilities, hand coded on Cloudflare Pages
► vartyallnatural: bilingual English and French Shopify store for a Quebec organic oat beverage brand
Plus a complete fitness tracking app I designed and built, mobile and backend, in private beta with real users.
