Next.js with TypeScript and TailwindCSS for the UI & UX in the front-end and for back-end/Data I use a headless CMS called Sanity.io which has a very generous free plan until you get a lot of users.
For hosting, you have a couple of choices. VPS, Netlify, or Vercel. For my business website I'm using a VPS called DigitalOcean it's a server you get on which u can install all the essential things such as Node.js, NPM, etc... My website hosting costs only 7 dollars a month to run then you have a server on which u can put how many websites you want on it.
For CDN (content delivery network) I use Cloudflare it's free which means your website is fast everywhere in the world.
