Project details

I build production-ready web platforms for founders and startups. Not prototypes or wireframes. Functional apps with real auth, real payments, real dashboards, deployed on your domain. React, Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, Tailwind. I've shipped multiple live platforms including marketplace MVPs, agency tools, streaming apps, and subscription products. You get a working product, not a handoff you can't use.

Why We're Different:
I'm a founder and operator, not just a developer. I've run operations at scale (550k subscribers, £140m+ revenue) so I build platforms with the business logic that actually matters, not just the code. Every build comes with proper database architecture, Row Level Security, and clean handover so you're never locked into one developer.

I Build Full Web Platforms in Weeks | SaaS, Dashboards, MVPs
Manchester, United Kingdom - 11:26 am local time
I build complete web platforms, admin systems, and SaaS tools, and I do it in weeks, not 6–12 months.

The difference between me and most developers on here is that I've spent 10+ years running operations at scale before I started building software. I've run supply chains across 12 countries, implemented ERPs in 80 days, led Series A fundraising, and built operational infrastructure from scratch in startups that were scaling fast and breaking things.

Now I build the platforms myself. I use AI-assisted development to deliver production-quality systems at a pace that wasn't possible two years ago. I don't just write code, I understand the business problem behind it, because I've lived it.

What I build:

- SaaS MVPs - concept to working product with auth, payments, and dashboards
- Custom admin dashboards and internal tools (CRM, project management, reporting)
- AI-powered tools (research engines, report generators, data enrichment pipelines)
- E-commerce and subscription platforms
- Workflow automation - replacing spreadsheets and manual processes with purpose-built systems

Recent work includes a full operations platform for a marketing agency (replacing £5,500+/month in SaaS subscriptions with one custom system), a children's streaming app with subscription and pay-per-view payments for an entertainment company, and a multi-market content distribution platform with syndication, analytics, and automated revenue splitting.

My approach to development is design-first, every feature goes through a structured review process where security, architecture, testing strategy, and infrastructure concerns are all surfaced and debated before a single line of code is written.

I enforce strict TDD so that tests define the expected behaviour upfront and implementation is driven by making those tests pass, not the other way around. Nothing ships without passing automated quality gates that cover security, test coverage, documentation, and code standards and those gates are defined during the design phase, not bolted on afterwards.

Every design decision, trade-off considered, and risk accepted is recorded in a permanent discussion document that lives alongside the feature spec, so six months from now I can trace exactly why something was built the way it was. The result is a codebase where quality is structural, not aspirational, it's enforced at every stage from proposal to merge.

Stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Supabase, Node.js, Python, Stripe, and any AI API. I deploy on Railway, Vercel, or AWS.

If you need something built, properly, fast, by someone who actually understands how businesses operate - send me a message.
